- The whole picture : You see a robotics development project end to end — customer requirement, engineering trade-off, integration, field test, and delivery. Very few roles let you watch all of it, and almost none this early.
- Proximity : You work directly with senior leadership and with the engineers doing the work. The distance between an idea and a decision is measured in days.
- Ownership : The processes you build become part of how the team operates, and your documents go to real customers with your analysis in them.
- Straight feedback : A clear read on where you stand and where this could go. Interns who perform are the first people we talk to about long-term roles.

Your mission
A customer brings an operational problem, and engineering builds the solution. This role sits in between — turning requirements into clear scopes, coordinating delivery and demos, and building the processes and structures that help the team scale.
What you will do :
Running projects — and building how we run them
The day-to-day is timelines, dependencies, documentation, and action items that do not get lost.But we are growing faster than our structures are, so you will not just work inside the system — you will help build it. Where a process is missing, you design it. Where one only exists in someone's head, you get it out and make it usable for everyone else.
You have leadership's mandate for this, so it is not a junior person trying to convince senior engineers to change their habits. Of everything you do here, this is the part that should still be in use long after your internship ends.
Presentations and commercial documents :
Customer decks, proposals, capability briefs, scoping documents and requirement matrices.You build them, not just format them. That means understanding the problem, gathering the right input, structuring the information, and building an argument that makes sense to the customer.
Demos and field engagements
Organise and run demos, field days, and industry events, from the narrative down to the logistics.That means being on the airfield when preparations start, making sure everything is ready, and being there when the swarm goes up in front of the customer — not reading the report afterwards.
Your profile
- Master's student or recent graduate — business, economics, engineering, or something adjacent
- A solid technical baseline. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to read a spec sheet, follow a technical discussion, and ask the second question rather than nodding along
- Structured to the point of being slightly annoying about it — you notice when something is done a different way twice and want to fix it
- Comfortable working independently: you take an ambiguous brief, work out what matters, and come back with a first version
- Genuine interest in defense technology, robotics, or startups
- Professional proficiency in German is required, alongside English
Nice to have
- First experience in a startup environment — you know what it feels like when priorities move faster than the process
- Previous internship in consulting, investment banking, B2B sales, strategy, project management, or operations
- You can build a deck that argues rather than decorates
- Hands-on with a CRM — Pipedrive in particular
