Your mission
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to back one of our Founders (Chief Commercial Officer) in his daily business.
This role combines elements of a traditional executive assistant and a founder’s associate. Offering exposure to high-level meetings, strategic discussions, and business development activities.
The position requires someone proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Support the Founder in managing daily priorities, calendar, and communications
- Help prepare meetings by gathering information, drafting materials, and ensuring readiness
- Take notes during meetings and track follow-ups to ensure execution
- Assistin preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and scheduling
- Support travel planning and expense tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Your profile
- 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, consulting, research, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership
- Exposure to calendar management, meeting coordination, or executive support
- Experience preparing presentations or structured documents
- Fluent in English and German
Nice to have
- Interest in technology, defense, or public affairs
- Experience in startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced environments
