Operator Mindset / High-Pressure Execution Talent (m/w/d)

Your mission
We’re looking for people who stay calm when things get complicated, make clear calls, and keep momentum high. People who perform better under pressure, bring order into chaos, and help technical teams move forward in challenging environments.
Whether you come from a military background (Special Forces support, Infantry, EGB, Marines, Mountain units, etc.) or from a civilian environment where precision and fast execution matter — what counts is your ability to drive outcomes in demanding situations.

Your mission:
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable steps
  • Work side-by-side with Product, Engineering, Field Ops and stakeholders
  • Create focus: what truly matters right now
  • Spot risks, edge cases and dependencies early
  • Support testing, field activities and on-site operations
  • Navigate across disciplines without relying on hierarchy

Your profile
  • You think in missions, not in task lists
  • Experience in high-stress or high-responsibility environments (military, deployments, tech ops, expedition-style work, crisis projects)
  • Structured mindset with pragmatic execution
  • Natural presence — without needing a formal leadership role
  • High ownership: when you take something on, it gets done
  • Strong situational awareness & fast problem-solving
  • Technical intuition for hardware/software systems
  • You enjoy speed, ambiguity and real-world impact
