High-Impact Builder / Scaleup Execution Talent

Your mission

We’re looking for people who bring order into fast-growth chaos, synchronize technical workstreams, and turn complex problems into crisp execution.Not managers. 
Not process bureaucrats.
Builders who convert ambiguity into action.If you come from a fast tech environment (startup, scaleup, robotics, deep tech, software+hardware systems) and you thrive on making things move, you’ll fit well.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Field Ops
  • Clarify priorities, identify dependencies, remove blockers
  • Turn concepts, requirements and technical details into actionable workflows
  • Drive transitions: Prototype → Test → Deployment
  • Process field feedback into concrete product adjustments
  • Reduce complexity to pragmatic, working steps

Your profile
Must have
  • Scaleup DNA: high speed, low ego, strong ownership
  • You don’t need a “lead” title to have impact
  • Direct, solution-oriented, hands-on mindset
  • Engineers trust you because you understand how things actually work
  • You instantly see which steps matter — and which are noise
  • You keep the overview when many things happen simultaneously
  • You think like a product builder and act like an operator
  • Deep-tech or high-pressure environment experience is a plus
