Microsoft System Administrator (Security & Access Management) (m/f/d)

Your mission

Own our Microsoft system landscape – including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, and Microsoft 365
Manage user roles, group policies, and access controls across the organization
Implement and maintain practical, scalable security policies (MFA, conditional access, encryption, etc.)
Continuously harden our environment against threats – without turning it into a bureaucratic nightmare
Work closely with internal IT, security, and engineering teams to enable productivity securely
Audit and monitor permissions and access regularly to prevent privilege creep and misconfigurations
Keep up with Microsoft’s security best practices and apply them with startup pragmatism

Your profile

Proven experience as a Microsoft System Administrator in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Server management
Deep understanding of access control models, role-based access, and least-privilege principles
Practical experience with Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, and M365 security tools
Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, AZ-500, MS-500) are a big plus
Security-first mindset – without overengineering or blocking business speed
Bonus: experience supporting compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2) in a lean, startup-friendly way
