Your mission
As a Software Engineer in our Autonomy & Perception division, you will:
Develop, optimize, and deploy real-time algorithms for multi-object tracking, sensor fusion, and state estimation.
Integrate data from multiple sources (camera, radar, lidar, GNSS, IMU) to enable precise localization and robust situational awareness.
Build resilient tracking systems that operate reliably in challenging environments (e.g., contested, GPS-denied, degraded conditions).
Collaborate with experts in robotics, embedded systems, perception, and autonomy to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Work across prototypes, fielded systems, and production-grade architectures.
Your profile
You have strong expertise in at least some of these areas:
Multi-Object Tracking (Kalman Filter, Extended Kalman, Unscented Kalman, Particle Filter, Probabilistic Data Association)
Sensor Fusion (Radar, Lidar, Camera, GNSS, IMU) for environment modeling and localization
State Estimation in real-time or embedded systems
Software Development: Strong C++ (11/14/17) skills; Python experience is a plus
Mathematical Modeling: Linear algebra, probability, Bayesian methods, optimization
Real-World Systems: Experience with UAVs, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or similar perception-driven applications
Familiarity with frameworks like ROS, RTMaps, DDS, or embedded environments is a bonus
