Your mission
  • Develop comprehensive market penetration strategies tailored to the French defense landscape.
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge and contacts to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within the French government and defense sector.
  • Drive the negotiation and closure of significant contracts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertly navigate the intricacies of French defense procurement and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs and client specifications.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to a variety of stakeholders, enhancing the company's profile and reach within the market.
  • Conduct market analysis to continuously assess trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, shaping company strategies accordingly.
  • Act as the company’s face in key industry events and forums, enhancing brand visibility and network expansion.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • Over 7 years of strategic sales or marketing experience within the defense sector, particularly in France.
  • Strong existing network within the French defense community, including direct links to government decision-makers.
  • Demonstrable capability in strategic planning and execution of marketing-driven sales initiatives.
  • Fluency in French and English, with exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Dynamic negotiation abilities with a history of securing substantial contracts swiftly
Nice to have
  • Experience with UAV or defense-related technology markets.
  • Technical understanding of UAV systems and their applications in defense.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of guiding sales or marketing teams.
