Growth Marketing Manager – B2G & B2B (Defense, Security & Critical Infrastructure) (m/w/d) all levels

Your mission

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies for military, security agencies, and critical infrastructure clients
Drive lead generation, demand creation, and brand positioning in the defense and security sectors
Design and manage targeted marketing campaigns for B2G (Business-to-Government) and B2B clients
Optimize content marketing, SEO, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM) for high-value contracts
Coordinate industry event participation, trade shows (DSEI, Eurosatory, AUSA), and government briefings
Work closely with sales and government affairs teams to align messaging with procurement needs
Develop case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership to position the company as an industry leader
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum conversion in long sales cycles

Your profile

3+ years experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing in B2G/B2B sectors
Strong expertise in defense, security, or critical infrastructure markets
Proven track record in ABM, LinkedIn Ads, PPC, SEO, and content-driven lead generation
Experience with government procurement cycles and marketing compliance
Ability to craft high-impact messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong data-driven mindset, experience with Google Analytics, CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools

Nice to have

Background in defense technology, cybersecurity, or aerospace marketing
Experience with public sector RFP marketing and military procurement outreach
Knowledge of multilingual marketing strategies for NATO and international defense markets
